You'll save time with our executive program. A comprehensive physical usually requires no longer than a day because of enhanced diagnostic equipment and convenient access to our doctors and services.

• Before the appointment, the executive completes a medical questionnaire.

• The appointment begins with preliminary tests to help our medical team prepare an evaluation plan.

• A physician conducts an initial history and physical examination.

• Follow-up diagnostic tools indicate whether additional tests and evaluations must be scheduled. If possible, we schedule any needed tests for the same day.

• Our assessments focus on lifestyle factors and opportunities to minimize health risks. We provide the newest information relevant to each executive's health and encourage questions.

• At the concluding conference, the physician meets with the executive to discuss all findings and finalize any necessary referrals that cannot be accomplished on the same day.

• The executive receives copies of test and lab reports. If requested, we will send the evaluation to the executive's primary care or other designated doctor. The executive may authorize release of the report to your organization or may opt to keep the information confidential.

• If an executive has health problems, additional tests may be conducted the following day or at the executive's convenience. These may include in-depth health education and nutrition counseling.
